dmp - A hex dumper, a bit better than "od".
comn - A simplar program, the compares "N" files. basicly, you use "cmp" to find if a few files are identical. If they differ only slightly, "comn" is your only man; it will dump in hex and ascii (if possible) the area where there is a difference.
Configurations files for making Linux (Redhat) work with Israel's internet connectivity, such as Orange GPRS (additional file here) or Bezeq ADSL ("WOW").
